Our hotel is conveniently located 15-20 minutes away from our venue, and is easily accessible by Uber to get around town if unable to get a rental. Also located 10-15 minutes from The Woodlands where you can find shopping centers, restaurants, and much more!

William P. Hobby Airport is located in Houston and is ~1 hour from our hotel. Depending on what time you fly in! Houston is busy between 3pm-6pm, flying in early would be best.
Feel free to use any airline to attend our event! Our personal favorite is Southwest, with a courtesy of two free 50lbs checked bags, free personal item, and a free carry on bag! Enough to pack all items needed to enjoy the full weekend!
George Bush Intercontinental Airport
Bush Intercontinental Airport is ~30 minutes away from our hotel and ~40 minutes from Houston. Depending on what time you fly in! Houston is busy between 3pm-6pm, flying in early would be best.

William P. Hobby Airport and Bush Intercontinental Airport both have an wide array of rental car companies before and after your arrival! Our personal favorite is Avis/Budget! Both usually run a 35% off sale, averaging ~$200 for the full weekend!
